• Where are GJ’s Illuminations products manufactured? All of our products are manufactured by Scent Fusions®. All recipes are developed by and are for the exclusive use by GJ’s Illuminations sold under Scent Fusions®.
• How does your mailing list work? GJ’s Illuminations attempts to mail every customer who signs up for our mailing list at least once a year. We send a variety of mailers, so the coupons in your mailbox may be a little different than those of your friends and neighbors. In fact, you may receive a coupon when others don't and they may receive one when you don't. Please know that we want to give each of our friends a chance to save on their favorite GJ’s Illuminations, LLC, and items at some point during the year. We also frequently send out news, information, and special offers via email so we encourage all of our customers to enroll their email address on our website. When you visit our website or call us we will often ask to verify your customer information. We want to have the most updated address information for our customers so that we can send special offers on products that you will enjoy.
• What is your return policy? At GJ’s Illuminations, no sale is ever final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for something else. If you purchased this via product via the web you will need to pay to ship the product back once receiving a RMA number from customer service, (254) 420-3641.
• I lost my gift card, what should I do? If your gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, GJ’s Illuminations may replace it if you are able to provide us with the gift card number & once the gift card has been verified. The replacement card will be for the value of the gift card at the time GJ’s Illuminations receives your report of loss, theft, or unauthorized use. • What is your policy regarding animal testing? We believe all living creatures deserve respect and would never think of testing any of our products on animals. Likewise, we don't ask anyone who may be helping us develop or make our products to conduct these kinds of tests on our behalf.
